full and creamy with oatmeal and nutty characters well integrated with peach

Five
separate hand-plunged ferments have been blended to give this wine an exquisite
nose and palate. Dark cherry, almond, coffee bean and brambly characters leap
forward out of the glass. These continue onto the full and complex palate which
displays a superb richness of fruit, subtle tannins and warm alcohol. This wine
will wonderfully suit food such as game, pasta and duck. The use of several
different Pinot Noir clones has resulted in a rich flavoursome wine with a satin
smooth finish.

small portion of Cabernet Franc (4 %) added, this wine exhibits a typical rich
Cabernet bouquet. Blackcurrant, plums and subtle oak are expressed on the
